Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Meesh+Mary Boutique. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make you happy.
If you think you’ve received a defective item, were sent incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Here are the simple procedures for returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the items were received.
- Fill out the return form that was sent with your order. If you don't have a return form, email us at: email@example.com
- You are responsible for shipping and handling of the returned item. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but make sure your return is insured and traceable. Meesh+Mary Boutique is not responsible for damaged or missing packages lost in transit.
- Items can be returned for online store credit only, issued via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- Please allow 3 -7 business days to process your return once it is received. We will send you an email confirmation with your online code to use on next purchase when your online store credit has been issued.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price, and all accessories, jewelry, and undergarments are a FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return.
- Shoe returns must be shipped back in the original shoe box, which should be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.
- If you do choose to send back an item, please note that $5 will be taken off of your credit code as we only pay shipping once. We appreciate your understanding.
